1 [50 Q°] 30 - What is your happiest childhood memory? What makes it so special?

I don't have just one, and it's really difficult to choose. I guess my happiest childhood memories would be of the times I spent at my great-grandmother's. I just loved it : we would have breakfast together, then go to the market and talk with all sorts of old but interesting people, come back home and have a wonderful lunch (Mémé was a terrific cook) and in the afternoon we would go to the park and play for hours (well, I would play with some kid and Mémé would talk with the kid's grandparent, whom she obviously knew, because she knew everyone - everywhere we went, she would meet someone she knew or was related to or... you get the idea. She even met someone she knew in Tahiti, when she came to see us!). And then we would go home, feed the cat, watch Questions pour un Champion and play, and then we would have dinner and go to bed together (with the cat) and do some crossword puzzles.

Those days were awesome.
